Marii Tickets · For Buyers
How buyers receive and use their tickets
Your ticket arrives by email as a unique QR code the moment your payment goes through. No account, no app — just show the QR at the gate.
What is a Marii ticket?
A Marii ticket is a unique QR code, emailed to the address you used at checkout and viewable at its own ticket link. The QR is scanned once at the gate to let you in. You never need to create an account or download an app — the ticket link opens in any browser, and a screenshot of the QR works just as well on the day.
From checkout to the gate
Buy your ticket at checkout
Open the event at tickets.marii.app, pick a ticket type and quantity, and continue to checkout. You enter your name, phone number, and email— no account needed — then pay through the organiser's secure payment page.
Check your email for the confirmation
After a successful payment, your tickets are emailed to you — each one as a unique QR code with its own ticket link. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
Still nothing? Email support@marii.app with your order number and the tickets will be resent.
Open your ticket link
The ticket link in your confirmation email shows your QR code and the event details. It keeps working — you can reopen it as many times as you like, on any device, right up to (and after) the event.
From the ticket link you can also edit the ticket holder name using the email you bought with — handy if the ticket is for someone else. Names can be changed any time until the ticket is scanned at the gate, after which they lock.
Save it for the day
Take a screenshot of the QR code, or — when the organiser has enabled wallet passes — tap Add to Wallet to keep it in Apple or Google Wallet. The wallet QR is identical to the one on the ticket page, so either works at the gate.
Saving the QR before you leave home means you are covered even if there is no signal at the venue.
Show your QR at the gate
At the event, gate staff scan the QR straight from your phone screen — from the ticket link, a wallet pass, or a screenshot. Each QR is one-time use: once scanned, the ticket is marked as redeemed and cannot be used again.
Bought tickets for a group? Each ticket has its own link and QR to share individually, and there is a group admission option to check everyone in together at the gate.
Lost your ticket?
Losing a ticket on Marii is hard to do, because the ticket link never stops working. In order of speed:
- ✓Search your inbox (and spam/promotions) for the confirmation email from Marii.
- ✓Reopen the ticket link in that email — it works anytime, on any device.
- ✓Deleted the email entirely? Contact support@marii.app with your order number and your tickets will be resent.
