Inventory Management

Every product has a stock count. Every time an order is placed through your storefront or recorded manually, Marii deducts the quantity automatically. No more selling stock you do not have.

You can organise your catalogue into categories, set reorder points, and manage stock across multiple branch locations if you are on the Growth or Enterprise plan. The inventory view gives you a real-time snapshot of what is available and what is running low.

Order Management

Every purchase through your storefront lands in the Orders tab. You can see the customer's name, contact number, items ordered, and delivery address in one place. Update the order status as you fulfil it — from Pending to Processing to Delivered.

Payments

Connect your own payment gateway — Pesepay or Paynow — and Marii embeds a "Pay with" button directly on your storefront checkout and on every invoice you send. If a customer prefers to pay via bank transfer or mobile money manually, Marii supports proof-of-payment upload at checkout so you can confirm the order once you verify the transfer.

How it all fits together

The real power of Marii is not any one feature in isolation — it is the way they are wired together. Picture a typical sale at a Harare clothing boutique running on Marii.

A customer sees a WhatsApp status with a product image generated by the AI Marketing Studio. They tap the link, land on the store, add the item to their cart, and pay via Pesepay. The order arrives in the Orders tab, stock is automatically deducted, and a customer record is created. The owner sees the payment hit their dashboard. Later that week they upload their CBZ statement and Marii reconciles the Pesepay settlement against that order automatically.

Three months later, the same customer has not returned. The CRM flags them as inactive. The owner taps "Follow up" and a WhatsApp message is sent in seconds. The customer comes back and orders again.

A note on invoicing & ZIMRA
